1. What voiceover services do you offer?
We offer native Japanese and accented English voice recordings for commercials, games, documentaries, e-learning, and more.
Additionally, Alpha is skilled in a range of English accents, including Singaporean and British.

2. Do you have a professional recording studio?
Yes. We operate from a broadcast-quality recording studio with remote patch capabilities like Source-Connect, Zoom, and ipDTL.

We have been recording for Hollywood TV & films, national commercials, museum audio guides, and well-known video games with no issues.

3. Do you provide self-directed or live-directed sessions?
Both. We can record independently or with live direction from clients.
Since our primary talents also serve as directors, we often direct each other to ensure performance consistency and quality.

4. How do you ensure performance accuracy?
We follow your script and direction closely, and provide re-takes upon request.
To ensure accurate performance, reference audio or detailed direction notes are extremely helpful.

5. What are your delivery formats?
We deliver in WAV, MP3, AIFF, and Pro Tools session formats.
Our standard format is 48kHz, 24-bit WAV, with custom formatting available upon request.

6. Do you charge for pickups or retakes?
One round is included for performance-related issues. Script or direction changes may incur a fee.

7. Can you provide voice samples before recording?
Yes. We offer pre-project sample reads or auditions.

8. What accents or dialects do you offer in Japanese?
Standard Tokyo. We can provide samples in Kansai dialect and other regional variations upon request.

9. Do you work on-set?
Yes. We also direct or assist with sessions on-location in Los Angeles or other cities when needed.

10. What are your rates as talent or director?
Rates are determined by media type, usage, and session length.
